How long does it take?
As soon as your shipment departs our Dubai warehouse, you can expect to receive it with 75 to 120 days.
Departure Frequency: One container every two months
- Departure Day: The last Wednesday of the scheduled departure month Cut-Off: Friday of the week before the scheduled departure date

After receiving your invoice, make the required payment.

We Ship And Deliver
We then dispatch it by air freight from Dubai to Kenya and deliver it to your destination within 7 to 15 business (working) days.
How do we calculate your ocean shipping costs?
- We charge $520 per cubic metres
- Weight is not taken into consideration in the pricing of ocean shipping
- The cost of shipping is purely based on length, width and height (i.e. volume)
- There is no volume limit
- You can ship one box or a full container load

How We Package Your Orders
We always go above and beyond to package your goods as efficiently as possible. We reserve the right to package goods as we see fit. We are required to adhere to certain packaging protocols. While we strive to efficiently consolidate all items within your order, we are not always able to throw all items in your order into one box especially if this is in contravention of packaging guidelines provided to us by the airlines. We recycle and reuse boxes to keep your costs down and to stay as environmentally conscious as possible. If your order arrives at our Dubai warehouse in a torn or damaged box, we will automatically use a different box for shipping.
Shipment Protection
Our Shipping Only service only provides complimentary insurance on $100 of the value of your shipment. If your shipment has a value greater than $100, kindly email us at info@dkcconnect.com to request additional insurance. The cost of insurance is 5% of the value of your shipment, with a minimum insurance charge of $5.00. This protects your shipment from loss while on transit. Kindly note that we do NOT provide any shipment protection coverage for items in our prohibited items list, fragile goods made of glass, ceramics, porcelain, earthenware or stoneware. We also do NOT provide any shipment protection coverage for liquids (including fragrances and lotions) or any goods that may leak or melt on transit.
Prohibited Items
There are certain items we are unable to ship due to various regulations. Click here to view a full list of prohibited items that we do not ship. If you aren’t sure whether we can ship a particular item, please email us before shipping it to our Dubai Address. In the event that an item has to be returned or sent to a different location, we can do this for you at your cost.
Kindly note that any fragile goods made of glass, ceramics, porcelain, earthenware or stoneware are shipped at your own risk. This also applies to goods with liquids or any goods that may leak or melt on transit. The are differences in what is prohibited under our Buy & Ship service and our Shipping Only service.
